Greenway Commons Medical Office Building
Location: Boone, NCLandworks prepared site construction documents for this 26,000 s.f. medical office including site planning, grading, stormwater detention, and planting design. Work also included pressure sanitary sewer design.
The master site plan accommodates the addition of a second office building in the future. This project won the “Award of Merit for Development” (New Construction, Large Commercial) in 2008 from the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce.
Don Watson, Chairman of the Chamber’s Community Development Committee, presented the award and noted that the Greenway Commons Medical Plaza was a “good blend of contemporary architecture that integrated beautifully into its environment with easy access into the building from roads and pedestrian walkways.”
