Druid Hills Neighborhood Park Master Plan

Mecklenburg County Parks & Recreation hired Landworks for the master planning of a neighborhood park using Lincoln Heights Neighborhood park (a Landworks project) as a model. The project included the addition of a fitness loop with exercise stations, active fitness areas, play/recreation areas, and a community garden. The project included permitting and construction administration. This public sector project included local and DENR permitting. Also included is a multi-use concrete trail and connecting a pedestrian network to better integrate the park into the neighborhood.
