From Cornelius Today: Custom homebuilder Simonini Homes is planning a new high-end residential development in Cornelius, NC. Landworks Design Group completed the land plan for the project.

The upscale homes will face a central green space located on the block between Jetton Road and Charlestowne Road in Cornelius. Planned to be in the $500,000+ range, the homes are expected to be between 2,800 to 3,800 square feet.
