Project Story: Southminster Senior Living
Location: Uptown Charlotte, NCLandworks completed this 280,000 s.f. renovation of an existing senior living facility in Charlotte. The project included the demolition of existing independent living units and administration wing, as well as the addition of an 8-story residence wing with underground parking at the entrance to the site. Challenges included maintaining access and services to existing residences during construction. This fast-track project was completed in 2009.
