We have a wide range of diverse projects, including high-end residential projects in the heart of uptown Charlotte, K-12 educational facilities, university level projects, retirement facilities, commercial centers, new subdivisions, recreational facilities, city parks and greenways, and commercial offices. Our landscape architecture projects include land development and subdivision services, master planning, drafting and graphic design, parks and recreational design, greenway design, roadway design, planting plans and entrance design, zoning, and consensus building.

We require:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree of Landscape Architecture from an accredited university program
• 0 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Planning and conceptual design ability
• Technical proficiency AutoCAD Civil 3D (with Photoshop, Sketch up and/or GIS skill desired)
• Strong graphic skills
• Licensure (not required but is a plus)
• Analytical, innovative thinking and problem solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• A team player with a desire to grow professionally
• A highly motivated individual who can meet client deadlines and needs
• Previous experience with a land planning firm is preferred, but not required.
